BASF WATERPROOFING

MasterSeal 540 is a two part, prepacked system, consisting of a liquid polymer as Part A and a premixed powder as Part B. The two parts on mixing yield a brushable, smooth slurry with excellent bond to most substrates. The product is based on selected synthetic resins and cements.

MasterSeal 540 is in compliance with Bureau Veritas Potability test for used in drinking water reservoirs or tanks.

RECOMMENDED USES
MasterSeal 540 is designed to be used as an effective waterproofing membrane on a variety of substrates. Applications include:
 Waterproof coatings to the internal faces of
water tanks, sumps, reservoirs, planter boxes etc., before tiling or other surface finishing;
 Treating terraces, balconies, kitchen & toilet floors as a sandwich treatment, to prevent water ingress.
 Treating bridge & flyover decks before wearing

MasterSeal® HLM 5000 R
Liquid cold-applied waterproofing membrane system

DESCRIPTION
MasterSeal HLM 5000 R is a single component, moisture curing, polyurethane based waterproofing membrane that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough membrane.
MasterSeal HLM 5000 R protects structures from water penetration while remaining flexible to handle the nominal expansion and contraction of substrates.

• Waterproofing exterior concrete & plywood
• Exterior Below Grade on Concrete and Masonry
• Above Grade between two course of concrete or masonry and cavity walls

DESCRIPTION
MasterSeal M 200 is a liquid applied moisture-cure
polyurethane seamless waterproofing membrane.
As part of the MasterSeal Traffic 1500MD system
creates a tough, continuously elastomeric properties achieve long term protection against water ingress. High skid resistance with aliphatic top coat ensures long life and suitability for public locations.

RECOMMENDED USES
Waterproofing exterior surfaces subject to light vehicle and pedestrian traffic loads. Skid resistant textures are incorporated for safety as required. Substrates include concrete and incidental metal on car park decks.
Provides durable attractive membrane to:-
Park Decks, Balconies, plaza decks, rooftops, plant
rooms, and can be used to recoat old membranes
and copings.

MasterSeal TC 225 is a liquid applied moisture-cure polyurethane seamless coating. MasterSeal Traffic Systems tough, alaphatic top coat ensures long life and suitability for public locations.
RECOMMENDED USES
Topcoat exterior surfaces subject to light vehicle and pedestrian traffic loads. Skid resistant textures are incorporated for safety as required. Substrates include MasterSeal Polyurethane Membranes.
Provides durable attractive membrane to:-Carparks, Balconies, plaza decks, rooftops, plant rooms, over-coating of old membranes and copings.

MasterSeal® 530 (formerly known as MasterSeal 530 FC)
Fast curing surface applied capillary waterproofer for concrete and mortar

DESCRIPTION
MasterSeal 530 fast curing consists of a blend
of moisture-activated chemicals, high-grade
silica aggregates and selected cements. It
waterproofs through the formation and development
of crystals in water bearing capillaries and
interstices, effectively blocks the further passage
of water and ensures permanent water tightness
of the structure.
