​Since May 1998, Marney Industries Corporation (MIC) is engaged in trading world-class quality building and construction materials from leading manufacturers and suppliers globally.​

With the ever-growing demand in construction and relationships built in the business, MIC later expanded into constructing state-of-the-art swimming pools, hardscapes, tents, fit-outs, and other general construction needs.​​

Engr. Rodney Tagle
President
Engr. Rodney Tagle is the President and Co-Founder of Marney Industries Corporation, with over 45 years of experience in waterproofing and swimming pool construction. A licensed engineer from National University, he began his career with EEI Corporation and later gained international experience in Dubai. He has been involved in major projects and continues to provide strategic and technical leadership to the company.
Ma. Theresa Tagle
Head of Finance
Ma. Theresa Tagle is the Head of Finance and Co-Founder of Marney Industries Corporation, bringing over 45 years of experience in corporate finance and accountancy. She has played a key role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and ensuring its sustained growth and stability. She holds a degree in Accountancy from Far Eastern University and is recognized for her strong financial leadership, disciplined management, and expertise in strategic financial planning.
Jan Christophe Tagle, M.Ent
Chief Operating Officer
Jan Tagle is the Chief Operating Officer of Marney Industries Corporation, with over 10 years of experience in construction, specializing in waterproofing and swimming pool systems. He leads business development, sales, and project execution, driving the company’s growth and delivery of high-value projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Ateneo de Manila University and has undergone specialized training abroad in advanced waterproofing technologies.
Ann Cresilda Tagle
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ann Cresilda Tagle is the Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Marney Industries Corporation, leading the company’s client acquisition and market development initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry, she brings strong expertise in relationship management and business growth. She holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from Assumption College, completed her Real Estate Management studies at Lyceum of Alabang, and is a licensed real estate broker.
John Joseph Hernandez
Operation Manager
John Joseph Hernandez is the Operations Manager of Marney Industries Corporation, overseeing site operations and project execution. With over 18 years of experience in swimming pool construction and waterproofing, he brings strong technical expertise and field leadership. He pursued Electrical Engineering at Mapúa University and is known for his disciplined, hands-on approach to delivering quality projects.
